Not everything needs to be fixed in a week.
Not every part of you needs to be optimized by Friday.

Even Jesus “withdrew to lonely places” to pray (Luke 5:16). He didn’t rush.
He listened. He rested. He took His time.

Healing is a process. Growth is a cycle. And sanctification is lifelong.

So if your week off didn’t turn you into a brand-new person—
That’s not failure. That’s being human.

Rest. Recalibrate. Begin again—slowly.
