Here’s how to try this at home:
Sit quietly in a comfortable position.
Breathe slowly and repeat this phrase with your breath:
(Inhale) “Blessed is the one…”
(Exhale) “…who delights in the law of the Lord.”
Repeat for 3–5 minutes, letting the words soak in.
Let your mind picture yourself like the tree in verse 3 — strong, rooted, bearing fruit in all seasons.
You’ve just meditated. Not in a “mystical” way — but in a Christian way. With purpose. With truth.
