Alive but not well? Heres how to transform your life
If you ever heard the prhase “alive and well”…it lets us know something else exists...
You can be alive, but not well
This is one of the worst ways to live out your existence.
Unhealthy habits like poor eating and lack of sleep can really throw a wrench in our ability to make sound decisions, which can make it challenging to live a life aligned with our values. When we don't fuel our bodies with nutritious foods, our brains can become foggy, making it harder to think clearly and make wise choices. Similarly, skimping on sleep can leave us feeling irritable and less patient, which can lead to impulsive decisions that we might later regret. These habits can create a cycle where poor choices lead to more stress and unhealthy behaviors, pulling us further away from the holy, mindful, and intentional life we strive for.
By prioritizing our physical well-being, we can nurture a clearer mind and a more Christ centered spirit, making it easier to live in a way that feels true to our beliefs and aspirations.
