5 Questions You Should Ask Yourself Every Day

Being Kind Every Day
Did you do something nice today? It's important to think about how we treat others, but sometimes we dont know what to do. We often assume its giving someone money or a new car. Here are some good things we can do:
- Be peaceful
- Make someone smile
- Say kind words
- Let go of angry feelings
- Forgive others
- Show love
Even small acts of kindness can grow into something much bigger. Like planting a tiny seed that grows into a big tree, the love we share can spread far and wide.
God wants us to be kind to everyone. When we're nice to others, it makes the world a better place. It also makes us feel good inside. Studies show that living a life of kindness and giving to others is a core hack, to mental and physical health and wellness.
Try to do one kind thing each day. Maybe you can:
- Help a friend with something
- Share some food
- Give someone a hug or a compliment
- Say "thank you" to someone who helped you or inspired you
Remember, every little bit of kindness matters. It can change someone's whole day! And the more we practice being kind, the easier it becomes.
