3 Scriptures to Calm Stress in the Middle of a Busy Day
The Most Underrated Way to Carry Peace Into Your Workday

Maybe you are like me, and you feel this…but… in my opinion, the reason so many professionals still battle daily anxiety isn’t just because of heavy workloads—it’s because they don’t have a quick, Scripture-based tool they can carry into meetings, commutes, and late-night deadlines. God’s Word is not only meant to be read in quiet moments—it’s meant to be breathed into our busiest ones.
These scriptures are famous, but maybe we dont use them enough as daily de-stressors.
1. Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
Daily Affirmation: Today, I release my worries to God and receive His peace that surpasses all understanding.
Index Card Idea: Write the verse on one side and your affirmation on the other. Keep it in your laptop bag and touch it before big meetings.
2. Isaiah 26:3
"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
Daily Affirmation: My mind stays fixed on God, and His peace guards my thoughts.
Index Card Idea: Keep this one taped to your bathroom mirror so it’s the first thing you see before starting the day.

Big investors are buying this “unlisted” stock
When the founder who sold his last company to Zillow for $120M starts a new venture, people notice. That’s why the same VCs who backed Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso.
Disrupting the real estate industry once again, Pacaso’s streamlined platform offers co-ownership of premier properties, revamping the $1.3T vacation home market.
And it works. By handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, Pacaso has already made $110M+ in gross profits in their operating history.
Now, after 41% YoY gross profit growth last year alone, they recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

3. Matthew 11:28-29
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Daily Affirmation: I bring my burdens to Jesus, and He gives my soul rest.
Index Card Idea: Place this one on your desk or dashboard so you read it when the day starts to feel heavy.
Encouragement:
God’s Word isn’t just a Sunday morning companion—it’s your 24/7 defense against the storms of stress. The next time anxiety creeps in, don’t just try to “calm down.” Speak His promises out loud. Let them anchor you in truth.
